The Howelsen is just like our little local mountain- small but mighty, and it’s perfect for a caretaker or tiny home.
Howelsen Hill stands in the shadows of Mt Werner and the Steamboat Ski Resort, but this tiny ski hill packs a whole lot of punch. Each afternoon local kids take advantage of every square foot of the mountain training for a variety of ski and snowboard sports. The Howelsen design is also small yet mighty and is the perfect tiny home, caretaker unit, or modern prefab cabin. This 1BD/1BA + sleeping loft home design was inspired by the Hayden Village Townhomes project, one of the first SmartPads projects.

This mountain modern 4 bed/4 bath SmartPads home boasts a grand façade to welcome your guests. With impressive window sets, this home was designed to take advantage of mountain views from the kitchen, living area, and upper-floor bedrooms. With an optional basement, this is one of our bigger homes offering just over 3,000 SQ/FT of finished living space.
